Ambient food transport boxes are ideal for dry goods. However, they can roll in to the cool room for cold food storage, and deliver cold or hot foods at their ambient temperature over shorter distances.

This unit suits up to 16 2/1 Gastronorm trays and includes a central braking system. Internal eutectic plates work to keep goods cool, and ergonomic tow handles at the back of the unit make it smooth and easy to maneuver.
